I've found the japanese original and it's kinda funny to see the clothes were more daring. Also, I think it was kinda pointless "to censor" her with clothes considering which kind of instructions are given.

Summary of the relevant parts of the story:

First part sets the scene (school, basketball club, etc. nothing unpredictable), followed by Misuzu (first year, chronic moeblob) being left tied up in the gym storeroom for unimportant reasons.

About halfway down, Misuzu is untied by Akane (foreground, second year club leader). Akane starts crying for a mostly unrelated reason and Misuzu comforts her.

Misuzu then shows Akane some research goods related to a drama role; the role being DiD related and the goods being very related. She empties her backpack, and after a brief mention of some of the non-three-dimensional reference materials she'd been perusing, she complains of a dry throat and goes off to buy a drink.

While Misuzu is gone, Akane (foreground) looks through some of the stuff. Ooh, handcuffs like the ones she saw in a Kyoto souvenir shop, quick release if she's not mistaken. Wondering about their name she curiously tries them on one of her feet ("Oh, they fit!"), gets carried away and puts the other foot in ("Uwaa walking is hard") then some gum tape catches her eye so she tries that out ('I really can't talk!?'), then she decides to go all the way and cuffs her hands behind her back.

She 'plays the role of the captured girl for a bit' before deciding to 'end her performance' and looks for the quick release button... oh shi-
...and the key isn't on the floor with the other stuff.

After much banging and attempted yelling. Rui (typical athletic type, possibly an idiot) finds her.
"Akane, are you in here?"
"Wait a... Akane, why?"
"These are toy handcuffs right? You're playing aren't you?"
"Ah right... Then I'll join you for a bit as well."
Akane can't come out with anything comprehensible whilst Rui makes the scene look somewhat more like the picture. Then 5 minutes later Rui also realises that the cuffs aren't toys after all.

Misuzu returns, and to a chorus of muffled protests;
"Senpai, are you still here."
"Senpai, that's not good enough at all."
"If you're doing that, you need to add rope or something over the handcuffs."

Then you have the image, where they're Misuzu's toys for the next couple of hours.

Then some time afterwards, Akane takes her revenge by tying up Misuzu and stuffing her in a locker. The end.

I'm not sure about this one but it looks pretty obvious considering the handcuff isn't put on yet. Looks like she's beginning her personal session.

It would be easy enough to get into unzipped, yes, but it would need to be zipped up to really qualify as bondage, and how would the bindee do that? I've done it some times and when you do it right it's really a great sensation. I only had to resort to backup once because I was in a hurry so I used the scissors to cut the ropes but you can if you do it right (just make sure you read through it enough times (especially how the release mechanism works as finding something heavy enough to stick the loop through can be a pain in the ass (also, it's always better that the rope is a bit longer as recommended, as it can grow frustrating the first time if the string is too short))).

The release mechanism is a pain in the ass though (I didn't make the wrist loops small enough so I eventually pulled out) so it'll take some refining to perfect the rig. For the record, I used the handle of a shut door as the heavy pulling object.
