Go to the options page. It should be last option of the bar at the top called "設定変更".
Scroll down until you find "閲覧制限" with two options in the table next to it. Switching the top one noted (R-18) to the left option will turn of most of the adult filter (R-18G) filters out the guro so you might want to leave that.
