Excellent work so far. I'd like to see options for different sizes of breasts and belly. The current size could be medium, then you could draw one smaller and one larger option. Bigger eggs, too. I like how her facial expression changes when you select "egg," showing just a little effort; it would be cool to see her straining even harder with "big egg" and "HUMONGOUS egg" options. Finally, more clothing options. Some kind of shirt, maybe with buttons that could pop off if you chose the bigger belly options.
Normally I'd love to make the different sizes, but then I'd have to change the shirts and her boobs and bras around each size, then add a bunch more code.
