I got the rough design from the original posted picture, which was a commission from some guy who went around to the artist tables at A-kon one year, to get victorian bondage dress designs. Some were posted on Deviant Art and that's where I was shown them.

I dunno what the other dress design was inspired by, but it was made by another DA user who was making it as a wedding dress.
